Glu Hospitality is currently seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as servers, bartenders, baristas, bakers, cooks, chefs, sushi chefs, food runners, clerks, model servers, and barbacks.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in one of our many venues including Figo, Anejo, Vesper, 1225 Raw, Ledas Cocktail Lounge, Bagels & Co, Izakaya in Fishtown, and Brewery FoodHall. Each venue offers a unique atmosphere and culinary experience for our guests, and we are committed to providing exceptional service and hospitality.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, have a strong work ethic, and are passionate about food and beverage service. Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred, and specific job requirements may vary based on the position.
Responsibilities may include:
Greeting and seating guests
Taking and fulfilling food and beverage orders
Preparing and serving food and drinks
Clearing and resetting tables
Providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective service
